We are holding our 2024 AGM to elect a new President, report on financials and discuss other important club business.
Many many thanks to our outgoing President Maree O'Sullivan for her monumental efforts in organising 2024.
Nominations are open until 21 April. Please also submit any relevant agenda items to president@explorers.org.nz.
Note: anyone can register for the AGM but only paid Explorers members can vote.
Explorers has a solid structure, sizeable membership and many new applicants, but the club's future depends on new committee leaders, members and hosts at our amazing activities.

- Join the online AGM meeting (link sent to registered attendees) so we can fill our quorum of 10 families (1 representative per family).
- Register so we can confirm numbers attending or fill out the voting Proxy Form (TBD) for the Chair or some other attendee.
