Explorers Proxy VoTING

Agree on your proxy holder who will attend the meeting. Then the proxy can be declared either with email or a document. 

Email proxy

1. Write an email as follows: I, {your registered member name} , a member of Explorers Auckland and entitled to vote, appoint {proxy name}(or by default the chairperson) as my proxy to attend the meeting as my duly authorised representative and to vote for me at the {meeting} of {date}.
2. Send the email to president@explorers.org.nz AND to your proxy holder.
3. Your proxy holder must reply to all "I accept the proxy responsibility."

Document proxy

1. Print the Proxy form
2. Complete the form - you and the proxy holder must sign the completed form.
3. The proxy holder must send the scanned document by email to president@explorers.org.nz
