To whomever it may concern,
I have a seven year old daughter with a unquenchable interest in chemistry and electronics. Although I did papers in Chem & Physic at undergraduate level I am at a loss to keep up with her enthusiasm and wonder if there are any Science-related school holiday or similar programmes (She has been to the Auckland University Science Day and enjoyed that very much). She has not been assessed in any way in terms of being "gifted" but she does seem to have an appetite for knowledge and experimentation which doesn't seemed to be often seen in her age group (that I see!).
Any guidance would be much appreciated.
Kind regards, Megan

I drew a blank with the website - www.giftedkidz.org
The url takes me somewhere but the page doesn't load or loads with nothing. Tried other ways of looking for this site but couldn't get to it.
Help?

Amusing for 4 yo boy. Many projects would suit older children too.

For those interested in synonyms, famous paintings, other languages, chemistry, mathematics, or geography

www.freerice.com

I enjoyed it and 4yo DS liked filling the rice bowl while learning quite a bit on the side. Suits all ages.
