  10:00 => Assemble in Lobby (as marked in photo) - only for those planning to see Dinosaurs movie; the rest can join at 10:35 in the cafeteria or at 11:45 outside the entry to the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Exhibition

  10:15 - 10:35 => Dinosaurs of Antarctica - 3D movie

  10:35 - 11:15 => Coffee catch up in cafeteria (or go see regular museum exhibitions)

  11:15 - 11:35 => Volcanoes: The Fires of Creation - 3D movie (or stay in cafeteria / go see regular museum exhibitions)

  11:45 => Assemble outside entry to Wildlife Photographer of the Year Exhibition

  12:00 => Entry to Wildlife Photographer of the Year Exhibition

  Hi Explorers

  We are holding our 2024 AGM to elect a new President, report on financials and discuss other important club business. 

  Many many thanks to our outgoing President Maree O'Sullivan for her monumental efforts in organising 2024. 

  Nominations are open until 21 April. Please also submit any relevant agenda items.

  Note: anyone can register for the AGM but only paid Explorers members can vote.

  Explorers has a solid structure, sizeable membership and many new applicants, but the club's future depends on new committee leaders, members and hosts at our amazing activities.

  If you've enjoyed an Explorers activity, please get in touch to see how you can join the Explorers leaders to make it a great 2024 and beyond for your whole family! 

  • Join the online AGM meeting (link sent to registered attendees) so we can fill our quorum of 10 families (1 representative per family). 
  • Register so we can confirm numbers attending or fill out the voting Proxy Form (TBD) for the Chair or some other attendee.
