Film competition
In addition we will be offering a Film competition this year for all categories. A short film (no longer than 5 ½ minutes) submitted in DVD Disc format.
Prizes
All winners will receive a Harper Collins book voucher and their entries will be published in a forthcoming edition of Tall Poppies, the NZAGC’s magazine. They will also be displayed on this website.
1st prize: a Harper Collins book voucher to the value of $60.
2nd prize: a Harper Collins book voucher to the value of $50.
3rd prize: a Harper Collins book voucher to the value of $40.
Competition Rules
- Entries should be received no later than 31 July 2010. They can be emailed to competition@giftedchildren.org.nz or posted to:

- Entries must specify which category is being entered and include the entrant’s name, age (for children’s categories) and a contact telephone number.
- By submitting an entry, a competitor agrees to have his/her name and work published in Tall Poppies and on the NZAGC’s website (www.giftedchildren.org.nz), and waives any claims of royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
- The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- NZAGC committee members, members of the judging panel and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- The competition is open to all residents of New Zealand and to all NZAGC members, both national and International.
