I'm trying to figure out how to deliver something worthwhile for my son and a classmate who get get maths extension but not much ICT and would thrive on more; I'm thinking basic computer programming or robotics .. the boys currently get very little at school on a Friday so ideally we'd do it then-- now the tricky bit is we live in Thames and know little ourselves about the subjects so how do we find a tutor or have any idea whether they're any good??
I'm trying some other avenues too but any help from this forum will be gratefully received!
