We reckon as a two year old our son did. He used to babble on about machines and things, his eyes were open and unfocussed and flickered and he would be reaching out for things he was talking about. You could not get through to him while he was like this. We thought is might be epilepsy. Tried to get it on camera with no success to show ped. They dismissed it. A year or two down the track it stopped happening.
