I've had a look at the online submission form. You can easily answer all questions from the perspective of the special needs of gifted.
As anon points out, many voices needed!
For those with twice exceptional children, I'd very strongly encourage you to submit. I feel these children are so often overlooked or not catered to because they're at the level of age-peers, frustrating!
