Storybird.com is a site which allows children to create online storybooks using the works of contributing artists as the inspiration and illustrations for their stories. Very cool!

There is a creative writing section on the KIDS' CLUB part of the Achieving Potential Seminars website (www.holidayseminars.co.nz) which might be worth a look.

The writing group at the holiday seminars site is really good because they publish what you want to write imediately. Theres a puzzle and maths section as well.
