We are about to retest our child who was assessed 2 years ago with the Woodcock Johnson as being 2E.
We are based in Christchurch & would like to reassess her with the WISC III, but with Rose Blackett no longer practising we are unsure where to go, as it can only be carried out by a qulaified Ed.Psy.
Has anyone used Prue Urlwin for a WISC test who has a 2E child - I understand she has relocated from Auckland & has worked with Lynn Beresford but we are unsure of her experience with 2E children?

Hi Im not sure if anyone answered you privately but Lynn has recommended that I have my grandson reassessed using the WISC (his latest assessment was a ODS assessment so not so comprehensive) and gave me a very short list of recommendations - Prue being one of them. On what was assessed his scores ranged from the 98th percentile to the 32nd.
Lynn would absolutely not do so if she did not have full confidence.
