I smiled at the teacher interview this week when my Y8 11yo accelerated son told me that they are expected to rise a level on their reading results during the year. He's currently a level 5A (Advanced). 6A is the absolute top and its expected in Year 10's.
You'd think they'd let him 'coast' for a year, but no!
