AGM 2010

NZAGC's 2010 AGM will take place at 5pm on Saturday, March 27 2010, Wheki Room 302, Canterbury University. All members and anyone interested in furthering the cause of gifted children in New Zealand are welcome to attend. Only NZAGC members are entitled to vote.

NOMINATIONS

NZAGC is inviting nominations for office-holders and notices of motion for the AGM, in accordance with our constitution.

Nominations may be made for the following positions:
  1. President
  2. Treasurer
  3. National or Non-affiliated Representatives (2)
Election is for an initial term of one year. Nominations must be received in writing by the President on or before 5th March 2010.

MOTIONS

Notice of any items of business or motions for the AGM must be forwarded in writing to the President. Only valid motions will be accepted. Supporting information is welcomed. Notices of motion must be received by the President on or before 5th March 2010.
